Koper Szmaragd to odmiana wczesna - od siewu do zbioru na zielono mija około 45-50 dni. Dużym atutem tej odmiany jest późne wybijanie w pędy kwiatostanowe. Odmiana o półwzniesionym pokroju, wyróżnia się bardzo dużym plonem zielonej masy. Tworzy niewysokie, mocno ulistnione, sztywne rośliny, poryte niewielkim woskowym nalotem. Osiąga wysokość 30-35cm w fazie zbioru, w okresie rozkwitu około 75cm.
Koper Szmaragd wyróżnia się na tle innych koprów niezwykłym aromatem i o prawie 50% większą zawartością witaminy C. Jest bardzo aromatyczny dzięki wysokiej zawartości olejków eterycznych.
Nadaje się do spożycia bezpośredniego, na susz, do kwaszenia i mrożenia. Jest bardzo odporny na suszę – równie dobrze i szybko rozwija się w lata ciepłe i suche jak i bardziej deszczowe. Odmiana dająca bardzo wysokie plony zarówno w uprawie na zielono jak i do kwaszenia.

Emerald dill is an early variety - from sowing to green harvesting, approximately 45-50 days pass. The great advantage of this variety is the late emergence of inflorescence shoots. A variety with a semi-upright shape, characterized by a very high yield of green mass. It forms short, heavily leafed, stiff plants covered with a small waxy coating. It reaches a height of 30-35 cm in the harvesting phase, and in the flowering period about 75 cm.
Emerald fennel stands out from other dills with its unusual aroma and almost 50% higher content of vitamin C. It is very aromatic thanks to the high content of essential oils.
Suitable for direct consumption, dried, pickled and frozen. It is very resistant to drought - it develops equally well and quickly in warm and dry years as in rainier years. A variety that gives very high yields both in green cultivation and for pickling.
