Odmiana średnio wysoka, osiąga około 70cm wysokości. Jarmuż Halbhoher Gruner Krauser ma liście zielone, w odcieniu młodej trawy. Liście są wyjątkowo mocno karbowane, a ogonki długie. Mają delikatny smak. Zbierany po pierwszych przymrozkach jest delikatniejszy i pozbawione goryczy. Lubi stanowiska słoneczne. Zawiera dużo witamin A i C oraz wapń, fosfor i żelazo.

A medium-high variety, reaching about 70 cm in height. Halbhoher Gruner Krauser kale has green leaves, the shade of young grass. The leaves are extremely serrated and the petioles are long. They have a delicate taste. Harvested after the first frost, it is more delicate and devoid of bitterness. Likes sunny positions. It contains a lot of vitamins A and C, as well as calcium, phosphorus and iron.
Leaves and petioles for eating raw (salads), steaming, stewing and baking, for vegetable juice, vegetable chips.
